Refund policy

At Narmada Herbals And Biotech, we take pride in providing high-quality herbal and ayurvedic products. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully:

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The product is within its expiry period.

Due to the nature of herbal/ayurvedic products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
  • Products returned without original packaging, invoice, or seals intact.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper storage.

2. Return Window

You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the order.

Requests after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Process for Returns

  • Contact our Customer Support team at narmadaherbals60@gmail.com or call +91 94254 75337 with your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos/videos (if applicable).
  • Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
  • Once approved, you will be guided through the return process.

4. Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Replacements

If you prefer, we can arrange a replacement of the same product instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

Replacement products will be delivered within 3-5  working days

6. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or promotional items.
  • Free gifts or trial samples.

7. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product), we will bear the return shipping charges.
  • For all other returns, shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
